So based on the fact that I got NO responses.
I'm going to just naturally assume that no one wants a christmas card from me.
Which, while very disappointing, saves me money on postage, I suppose.

Date: 2005-11-22 06:18 am (UTC)I feel guilty if someone sends me a card when I didn't send them one.
but yet I can never think of anything to write in a card (and don't like supporting the overpriced greeting card mafia), so I never send them out. (thus, I never give out my address in card posts)

Date: 2005-11-22 08:13 am (UTC)You shouldn't measure your friends by the number of replies you get, Jess. People are already being saturated with dozens and dozens of online blogs and e-mail chains that they don't respond as frequently as they used to, or read every post as often. Even I've noticed this trend myself, and it does irk me a bit.
If you really want get a Christmas mailing list going, the best way is to just start off by sending cards to the people you actually like by late November/first week of December. This gives them time to send a nice card back to you before Christmas. Please don't be hostile to your friends, we all love the cool Jessica who takes everything in stride.
