ouch!

Does anyone have a heating pad or a hot pack I can borrow? The torn rotator cuff in my left shoulder is starting to hurt again really badly... and since I'm allergic to vicodin and other pain pills I gotta go with basic solutions... it hurt bad enough to wake me out of a dead sleep tonight... sigh....

Ouch...

Yah... I think I origionally f'd it up swimming all those years.. and then when I got into my two car accidents over the last 2 years it jacked it up even more... and it gets easily irritated when I sleep on it wrong or lift heavy things... or drive a lot :)

Damn, that sucks! Are you okay? How in the hell did you do that? Allergic to Vicodin, eh? That sucks because Vicodin would have knocked out the pain. I hope you feel better. Soak your wound in epsom salt. you can buy it at Rite Aid for like 4 dollars. Feel better

I origionally jacked my shoulder swimming for like 14 years... and then in the last year I've been in two car accidents and that made it worse.... and the last accident I Was in totally jacked it up.. So like.. if I lift heavy stuff or if I use it too much or even sleeping on it wrong makes it hurt... and the pain spreads to my chest so if I move it just right I get shoulder and chest pain :) woo :) I actually have some epsom salt.. I used an ice pack earlier... that seemed to have helped a little bit but we'll see... :) so mysterious person... who might you be?

but if I told you who I was, I wouldn't be mysterious anymore, right? How's that shoulder? You know, doctors say that you shouldn't lie down when the shoulder is hurting because the upper muscles strain. Try propping yourself up with firm pillows or soak in a warm bath. Oh. and build up with vitamin K.

I want to know who you are :) You might be my eternal soulmate or something and I wouldn't know cuz you won't tell me... meanie :) My shoulder.... hmm... the pain comes and goes... but it'll be something I'm gonna prolly have to deal with for the rest of my life.. yay go me... And I don't have a bath to soak in :( I only have a shower... wanna let me use yours mystery person? :) Hmm... Vitamin K.. .never tried that... what is it?
