Bobbing for Donuts!

For the heck of it, I decided to trumpet myself to the Psycho Donut folks in hopes of being picked to participate in their Bobbing for Donuts competition on Halloween :) (In order to compete, you have to e-mail them telling them why they should pick you to do so, and they’ll let you know if you’re in)

I told them how I’ve been a huge PD fangirl for a while now and that I have a couple of pics on their picture wall as well as their facebook. The most well known pic is that of me strangling my friend Heather. (Which is also being used as the album cover for their photos on Facebook!)

Everyone who’s seen the pic said that based of off my facial expression, if Heather hadn’t been making a stupid face, it actually looked like I was trying to kill her. (Here’s the pic)

I also told them that I brought fursuiters into the shop earlier this year for pics and that I’m staff for FurCon and that we’re super excited to be working with them in January for the con.

I added that if I get to compete I’d try and poke some fursuiters to come and make an appearance while cheering on myself and the other competitors :)

They e-mailed me this morning and told me I was in! :)

Sooooooo…… it would be awesome if anyone wanted to come (especially in suit! They LOVE fursuiters!) and be a kickass cheering squad :)

The Details:

The Bobbing for Donuts event starts at 1pm on Halloween Day (Sunday). (Maybe come a little bit earlier for pics n hanging out?)
