Just a PSA....

More update type posts later. But for now a thought crossed my mind.

The next time you feel you have gotten bad customer service. For a moment, think about if it is really worth complaining to that person's manager over.

Because in all truths, that one complaint could be the one that gets that person fired.

People get upset over such little things these days and complain over every little thing.

Think about if it's really worth it.

The only time I complain is if it is REALLY bad customer service. As in, I'm completely ignored when I'm in the store or there is hair in my food type stuff.

Good management knows not to fire anyone over a single complaint, but would only do so over a pattern of such. I'm very sorry you got fired over something like that, however if it's my money I'm spending I intend to be satisfied with the product (which includes the service).
