Wow. I really didn't need that right now.

So my roommate just put in his 1 month notice to be out of here by Nov. 1st. It's sort of a curse and a blessing I suppose..

Just to get an idea is anyone looking for a place to live?

I REALLY don't want to look for a new roommate.
