Crap.

So I lost my hearing that I went to for EDD and appearantly this was the decision:

The determination and ruling are reversed. Benefits are denied the claimant until she has earned five times her weekly benefit amount in bona fide employment. The employer's reserve account is not subject to benefit charges.

WHAT THE FUCK DOES THAT MEAN??!!?

Like seriously.

I got 2 unemployment checks at 374 dollars a piece.

And when I got laid off the last time I'm getting like 3 checks. Does that mean I have to earn 1500 or something dollars to pay it back or what? Fuck I'm confused.

HELP!

Call the EDD and ask them. They can explain this stuff.

I *think* it means thatyou can't claim unemployment again until after you've earned $374 x 5 at a regular job, or have contributed that much to your acct, which will take quite a while, given that you contribute, what $3/check or something? I don't know if it means you have to pay anything back, it's not terribly clear. :-P
