I just watched the video of Nick Berg getting beheaded.

I mean honestly.

WHAT THE FUCK!!?

Why the fuck are we doing this shit to eachother?!

What purpose is this serving?!

What is this accomplishing?!

This is getting nothing done. People on both and all sides are being tortured. Murdered. Wounded. Lost. Forgotten.

This is a fucking sick world we live in.

At this point. I'm almost glad I don't have a t.v.

At this point. Ignorance is bliss to me.

Let me live in my happy world of peace. Love. And respect.

And instead of getting angry and running back over there to blow more shit up. Why don't we look at what's causing all of this in the first place?! Why don't we look at preventing it from happening at the start!?

I know hun. It sucks. War is hard and difficult and dirty. No one wins really when it comes down to it. We can talk in person if you want. But really you just have to chalk it up to people who are willing to do whatever it takes and go to any extreme to make their point. That is why they call them radicals. That is why they call them terrorists. Because they redically bring about terror to everyone they meet.

I've been at work all day (and kinda happy now). Who's Nick Berg? Obviously besides the cool dude who got killed.

He was a 26 year old antenna tech who went to iraq to help rebuild communications. He was warned several times to leave iraq. Then was picked up by the iraqi police and then kidnapped. And when he was kidnapped he was beheaded. Janus has the video on his lj. It's fucking awful.
