I think you've been burning the candle at both ends a lot, lately. You've been working full time, taking an almost-full load at school and still trying to make time to go clubbing, hang out with your friends, etc. You've been enjoying it, I know. and it's natural to want to do all those things, it just might not be feasible as you get older and more "real world" responsibilities get piled upon you.

I once had a volunteer job that I LOVED. Really, really enjoyed. I happily worked 50+ hours a week for these dudes and didn't care. Then my body crapped out on me. Exhaustion, GI issues, bad sleep, the works. Turns out that there IS such a state as having too much of a good thing, and my doctor made it plain that even if I was happy, I had to cut down, and make a point of having some downtime.

What I'd suggest is this. Take advantage of Loren being gone, and spend the next few days sitting in your room in you PJs. Go to class - in the long run if you drop out, you'll hate yourself for it - but otherwise just CHILL OUT. Treat yourself to some comfort foot, fart around on the computer doing nothing in particular (or watch movies, or whatever). The harsh truth is that, after a certain point, you can't do 20 hour days every day...

Take a step back and breathe for a couple of weeks. You'll feel better - and you'll know it when your feet start itching to get up and go out again.
