My grandmother has declared as of 1:18am on thursday february 19th, 2004. That she's kicking me out and that I am to get out as soon as possible.


Anyone have a couch I can crash on? I don't get paid til next friday but I can afford a couple hundred dollars for rent. As long as I have a place to hook up my computer and you don't mind my kitty, I'll even clean and cook too.

Sigh. Great. Another thing for me to worry about. Well what better way to deal with things then to just post about it in my journal. Pray someone responds with help. And go to sleep.


Now comes the praying and the sleep part.

It's a hard and crazy world out there ya'll. Wish me luck on makin it.

I'm gonna need all the luck I can muster right about now.

You know...if grandma's not going to be ethical, she still has to deal with being legal.

You have thirty days to leave any place, no matter what the reason. As long as you've gotten a peice of mail there, she has to give you thirty days in writing.

Legalities are a bitch with family, but when they go completely psycho on you, sometimes they're all you have.

I appreciate the advice but at this point I can honestly say it wouldn't be worth it. We're both driven to the point of insanity and I'm tired of fighting it. At least now I have a job and I've been given an offer of a place to stay at for a month so I at least know I have a little extra time to get a place. I've been hunting out craigslist and I may not even need to stay the whole month. It may only be for like a week or so. So yes, I do appreciate you giving me the advice and it would totally make sense in any other situation but for right now. It's not worth fighting anymore. We're both driven to the point of mental exhaustion with it and that would only cause more problems.
