Just got home. Went out and met some random guy that I met on the internet and talked to for about 5 minutes. We were both bored and opted to meet in walnut creek to see The Last Samurai.
Showed up and Jacob was already in line waiting for tickets. Goddamn, downtown walnut creek was busy!
So like we got inside and got popcorn and random foodstuffs. He had an accent and I was like where the heck are you from? He said Louisana. I was like, no shit! My boyfriend's from there! :) We talked for a second about that. Then we went and sat in like the third row cuz the theater was kinda full.
So we sat there and talked shit before the movie. He asked me if I practiced any religions. I told him my outlook on religion and he said he belonged to the Church of the 6th plane. I was like. That's cool.
Then he proceeded to tell me that he was a member of the Church of the 6th Plane of hell and that he worshipped Satan and that they always had to wear red. ( he was wearing a red shirt. ) I looked at him like he was full of shit and was like. Oh really? He said no, actually, he was catholic. I was like. Man. You REALLY had me goin there for a second :)
So we watched the movie. All in all I'd say that I really liked it. The only part that kinda bugged me was how Tom Cruise turned into William Shatner when he spoke Japanese. I was like JESUS! SPIT IT OUT! STOP TRYING TO BE SO DRAMATIC! but. Really enjoyed the movie overall.
Then we played some arcade games. I played DDR for a game and then it was time to play ULTIMATE AIR HOCKEY!! I lost by one point. There were injuries and the audience was captivated! It was a tough match.
So we opted for food and went to La Fogata. Yes. The mexican place across the street from B of A on North Main. I swear I've only ever made fun of that place. But they have REALLY good food :) So. We wandered past Tiffany and Co. talking about cat owning. And then we said goodbye and left.
Fun stuff. Made a new friend. He needs to work on getting a cooler car tho. I mean come on. A chrysler Concorde?! A 25 year old does not need to be driving a car like that! :) Maybe it's cuz he's from Louisana.. :: snicker :: Just.. just don't ask.
