awesomesproutDid you ever notice in the song " Be my Lover " by La Bouche ( ok so forgive me for what I am about to say because lord knows my brain is f'n fried ) that if you change the actual words " do you want to be my lover " to " do you want to buy a hyundai " the song ACTUALLY sounds like she's trying to sell a car? It's crazy!!!

So I've noticed EVERYONE and their mother is doing this " Say what you want about me anon.. " meme.
It makes me think. People are getting angry and hurt by what people are saying about them. It's like. That's not the point of the meme. You have to be ready if you're going to open yourself up like that for whatever people are going to throw at you. And maybe what they're saying is right and you feel guilty because maybe deep down you know it's true. So maybe you should learn from these things. But seriously people. Don't get all angry and hurt. Obviously these people cared enough, no matter how bad the thing they said was, to not hurt you by keeping it to themselves.
It's kind of like that excercise where when asked what one super power would you have if you could have any? And people always say the ability to read other people's minds. Do you REALLY want to know what other people are thinking about you? It relates to this very well. I'm not referring to any one person in particular in this it's sort of a general speech. But just remember, you invited people to openly express how they feel. And unless they specifically choose to tell you who they are, you won't know. So it's just a waste of energy getting angry and hurt over it. I appreciate people telling me how they feel and for them taking the time to tell me. So yes.. I'll stop there before I start sounding like something out of charlie brown's christmas...
In other news....
I'm OFFICIALLY employed. I'm now a car salesperson at concord hyundai. Come buy a car from me :) I'll use whatever I make in comission from you to take you out to lunch :) hehe... I have to go to the DMV on monday and get my License to Sell Vehicles in the State of CA. So then I'll be a Licensed car salesperson. Wish me luck ya'll.. I'm gonna need it :) I graduaded 1 out of a finishing class of 5 people. I was picked for an a origional group of 12 people out of 90 applicants. 7 people dropped out for various reasons. I feel confident in myself that I can do this. And I look forward to my new career :) Holy shit. I have a career. :)
