Oh I am so right there with you. I didn't have any ones personally, but there was a man today that I swear was about to reach over and bitch slap our store manager. Because HE forgot his shots records, and we should just take his dog anyway.

Next time tell them "No"

They are semitransparent eye protection devices new and improved now coming in many styles and colors to better coordinate with their outfit

or

They are a piece of plastic decorative art that will soon be lost in obscure forgotten corner of their dwelling but at the time when the item was placed there seemingly was a location of pure genius for the purposes of not forgeting that said piece of facial focal wear and later turned into a place where time and space forgot.

oh I'm so right there with you. I swear every other customer that came up to me in the box office the converstion went like this:

Customer: hi one
Me: what movie would you like to see?
Customer: oh umm..... *backs up and looks at movie listings*
