I'm still kind of bitter about certain aspects of my last relationship.

I know I'll get over it. It just still pisses me off when I take a few moments to think about things.

Ah well.

Time heals nothing. It just dulls our senses. If we stop and think about it, it still hurts.

The only thing I've found that makes the pain go away is to make peace and come to terms with the people themselves.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you won't "get over it." You just have longer and longer periods of not thinking about it. I'm still bitter over certain aspects of MY last relationship, let me tell ya!
