Aww that sucks. Their loss! You'll get through this. You're too good for them anyway. Take this experience as a chance to figure out ways to boost your contributions as an employee for the future?

Before, I was this annoying employee who'd say stuff like "Oh I did it wrong? I'm sorry but it wasn't my fault, I think Mr. Supervisor mis-explained the instruction to me" or "I would've finished this if so-and-so had showed up on time!" But now I learned to keep negative criticisms and complaints and excuses to myself if they don't help anyone and only say things that are constructive and can contribute to the work environment - not detract from it. I hope you know what I mean.
