Wow. Thats super shitty. Your response seems very calm, and level headed, all things considered, though. However, I would do one more thing, if you value this job: Change the names in this livejournal entry, at the very least, if you don't delete it altogether. You'd be surprised how easily your employer may find it, and, should they do, there is a very good chance you'll be fired on the spot. It HAS happened in the past.
