OH MY GOD, WHY DOES EVERY ROOMMATE DO THIS?!?! OK, so not all (tim doesn't), but this is a huge pet peeve of mine.
People do it at WORK too, and it drives me crazy! Every time I go into the bathroom there, the roll is either empty, or there's a new roll of TP sitting on top of the empty roll. So you were fine with getting up and grabbing a new roll, but too damn lazy to pop the bar out and throw the old roll in the trash can right next to the toilet? WTF is that?!
