It sounds like a change of scene might be enjoyable. Look at orbitz for combo hotel/flight specials, maybe?
Although I don't agree with you assertion that "no-one can help me" because how can we if you don't tell us anything?
I'm not saying this to belittle your problems, but it's probably quite likely that whatever internal demons you're wrestling with, they've attacked other people too.
But if you don't want to share, then so be it.
At this point, all I can say is figure out what is making you angry, create a plan to tackle it - by whatever means necessary - and then get started. Oversimple, I know, but the best solutions often are. ;)
