You are not out of line, you are always entitled to your feelings. To be honest I was under the impression from some of your LJ's that you wanted to sweep the whole thing under the rug. My birthday often times gets overlooked during the holiday season too. Not as bad as being on an actual holiday but I have received the "Combo gift". It's one big gift for your bday and xmas all in one! Anyway I personally apologize for not posting a Happy Birthday sooner.
