So I think the next time anyone has the chance... thank your local tech support person.

I just spent an hour and a half on the phone with Alienware Tech Support. ( First off, god bless remote desktop.. awesome stuff. )

My computer is all fixed. No more icky display issues. Found out that I got sent a dummy hard drive thing so if I choose to take my optical drive out ( I have a smart bay where I can swap out devices any time I need to) and want to just keep a spacer there, I have one. I guess it was sent by accident but no worries.

So now that I'm an hour late for class and still in my pj's I think it's safe to say I can take my time getting ready.

Stayed at school til 4am last night and still didn't finish all my work. Ug.

Alright.

Off to start my day.

So.... when my laptop starts up.. it plays the Transformers transforming noise.

I so rock sometimes. :)
