Hi there! :)

I survived Christmas! :) YAY :)

It actually went pretty smoothly.

I woke up and got ready. It was then off to the Oakland Airport to drive around in circles for about 20 mins til my cousin, Paul, appeared. :)

I drove him to Walnut Creek where we met up with the rest of my family to caravan over to Napa.

In Napa we did dinner and then I got a call that I needed to start getting ready to head over to Pacifica to spend time with my uncle and grandma. So my McCarthy family sped up the festivies and we did a quick bout of presents :)

After that, I headed over to Pacifica and had a second dinner and a smaller bout of presents with my grandma and uncle. It was great seeing my grandma again :)

After that, I went home and played some video games before going to bed.

The day after Christmas I hung out with Angelica ( her gf's outta town with family ) and we ate and watched Zodiac. :) Good movie. : )

I went to my second interview at Starbucks and got the job! :) I start in a week or so. YAYYYYY :)

Then I went back to Pacifica and picked up my grandma to drag her to the mall to use my Torrid giftcards on their after Christmas sale. Yay new pants and a new hoodie! :)

My grandma also bought me a pair of Spanx. Yah. Um. I'm still getting used to the idea of those.

When we were done I dropped her off and headed back to Alameda to have dinner at Angelica's restaurant.

Then it was home, video games, and sleep :)

Today I worked for a couple of hours and talked to my manager about leaving in a couple of weeks to work at Starbucks. She said she wants to keep me on payroll so that I can help out as a backup if needbe. I said that was fine.

After that, I went home and showered. And now I'm at school working on homework :) Yay :)

I'm hanging out with a classmate tomorrow. Work Saturday and a party Saturday night. :)

Goals...

Ok. So I have a few goals for 2008.

I don't know if they're resolutions or whatever but it's just stuff I'd REALLY like to get accomplished for the upcoming year.

Get started on the mailing of postcards for the 2008 year of a million dreams celebration for Disneyland. Ug. I'm already 9 days overdue for starting!

Spend New Year's Eve at Disneyland to ring in 2009.

Remain single.

Keep my awesome G.P.A. and make it even higher :)

Wear my new Spanx and become friends with them.

Continue my now expanding and increasingly more awesome wardrobe. Yay I have fashion sense again :)

Visit my family more.

Get my first ever laptop. Alienware. They're sexy. :) Rawr.

Go to Disneyland at least 2 times.

Get my cost of living loan and not work as much.

Get my stress levels under control.

Become more financially responsible and have less debt.

Attend GDC and possibly Siggraph.

See as many movies as possible! :)

Learn all of the songs and dances from the new Hairspray movie.

And just continue being Awesome :)
