Hi there.

So yes, haven't said hi in a while.

here's a little bit about what's been up with me.

Been working. hanging out with loren. Spent some time with my family whom I haven't seen since last christmas. These are the richy rich ones that live in walnut creek. Super awesome :)

So I think loren got me diamond stud earrings for christmas. When I was looking through his e-mail that one time I found a letter from ebay that said he won the auction for them. So I was like well we'll see through patience and waiting who gets these.

So I haven't indicated AT ALL that I know these things even exist. I didn't get them for my birthday so I figured I'd wait til christmas. So a few days ago I was on the phone with Loren and he was like.. " Oh yay! My Amazon stuff came in the mail today. And so did your christmas present. " ( loren told me he got me a spongebob dvd for christmas. ) So I was like " I thought you told me what you got me for christmas. " he responded with " Nope. I got you something else with it. " me " did you get it from amazon? " him " Nope. " I was like WOOOHOOOOOO!!!!

:) So we'll see.

It was fun seeing my family again. we had thai food and just talked.

Oh and in the mail yesterday I got a fat check from my grandma. We're talking high hundreds.

So I can get brakes and alignment done on my car. Pay my utilities. Christmas shop. And finally start my eating plan!!

YAY!!

And today my plan is to FINALLY finish cleaning my apartment. Go have dinner with Loren and meet up with his friends to see Bridget Jones Diary.

And tomorrow! I GET MY CHRISTMAS TREE AND DECORATE IT!!

Jingle bells jingle bells....

Jingle all the way.

So I've spent a good portion of the day organizing my apartment a little better. I have seperated all of my christmas stuff out and organized the boxes that need to go down to the garage tomorrow.

I'm excited I found a mess of stuff to sell on ebay!!

:: sigh :: I was looking through my ornaments. And I found a couple I'd bought for Allen. And somehow a bag of christmas cards he bought back in '02 were in the box as well... it kinda made me sad.

I miss allen a lot. But he's so busy with his life he barely ever speaks to me. I'm really happy with the ornaments I bought 2 years ago. One purchase I have never regretted making.

I was working at SBC and I was making like almost 18 dollars an hour. It was the first christmas in my own apartment with Allen. So I didn't hold back on the ornaments.

I bought at least $400 dollars worth of ornaments from Ebay, Target, Ikea, and Macy's. As well as a few little boutiques in berkeley and a few are passed down from my grandma.

I was looking at few of them and I was so excited because I'd forgotten how beatiful they all are. There was one really rare snoopy ornament I bought for Allen for christmas off Ebay.

Loren's friend Abby is leaving for Taiwan in a couple of weeks and I don't know when I'll ever see her again. she's a HUGE snoopy fan so I decided to wrap up that ornament and give it to her.

I can't wait to decorate my tree on thursday. I went out of my way when I bought all of my ornaments to make a theme and to stick to what *I* wanted.

I think I'm going to have a small Christmas party. Just a little get together with friends, food, and holiday spirit so I can share the happiness I have of finally having a home that I can call my own again and my first christmas in my place for the first time in 2 years.
