Jessica wears the " special " hat today...

Ok so I have these moments where I can look REALLY stupid. Today contained one of those moments.

So on monday I woke up to my modem being off. It looked like all the power had gone out during the night so I assumed that the modem had exploded internally.

So I called comcast and setup and appt. for a technician to come out. They couldn't get a tech out til friday.

Awww crap. No internet for a week. Ah well.

So waitwaitwait YAY it's friday! The guy shows up. Looks at the modem. Plugs it into a different socket. And pushes the on button. Looks at me for a second and says. " It works fine. " I was like. Uhm. Well. " gee, I feel like a dumbass. "

And in the words of a great redneck comic... " Here's your sign. "

So what's Jessica been up to this week kiddies?

Here's the quick summary.

I'm the FUCKIN man! I had 2 count them TWOOOOOO interviews back to back today! :)

I had one with Jim Doten Honda ( yes... selling cars again! ) and they said they want me to start ASAP! I have a second interview with them tomorrow.

And then I had one with the market research company that I did the drinking research group with! It's part time so if I get that one too I could possibly do both jobs should scheduling work out. Woot woot! :)

All this while being sick as a mutha fuckin dawg!

So of course what time wasn't being spent at interviews was spent sitting on the sofa drinking OJ, playing with the kitties ( tsunami is perfect, keroppi is getting better from his eye infection! ), and resting.

So now I have internet again. I'm getting a little better tho I sound like an 80 year old smoker. And I may have a job here in the next couple of days!
